Whelks cooked Bulhão Pato style
- Ingredients
- 2 cans of Comur whelks au naturelle
- 100 g (7 oz.) of fresh coriander
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 ml (3½ fl. oz.) olive oil
- Preparation
Drain the cans of Comur whelks au naturelle. Use the water from the cans, adding the coriander, garlic, and olive oil, processing everything together in a blender.
Coat the whelks in this sauce and serve fresh, with hot bread and butter.
