Products

The products may be purchased online via the www.portuguesesardine.com website while potentially subject to limitations in terms of quantity and refund and exchange policy restrictions. The pictures shown provide the best representation of the products available in the store. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the colour of the product as appearing on your computer, tablet or smartphone device depicts the actual colour of the product. The O Valor do Tempo Group reserves the right to make changes or corrections to the published information without any pre-notification or warning.

Payments

All the payments made via www.portuguesesardine.com are safe and secure. All transactions are made in euros when undertaken with Fábrica de Conservas da Murtosa, Lda and in dollars in the case of Comur Corp. We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Bank transfer is an option only available in Portugal and payment by wiretransfer is an option exclusive to the United States of America. Should the proof of payment not be sent within a period of 6 working days following the purchase, the order will be cancelled. The client credit card data will not be used for any purpose other than verification of the means of payment, invoicing and payment management or, in any such case, to manage complaints and disputes. In this case, data processing is undertaken by the bank providing the services inherent to the management of online payments and the issuer of the credit card serving to validate the order.
