Meagre and Vegetable Strudel
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cans of Comur meagre in olive oil
  • 1 pack of dough for filo pastry
  • 100 g (3½ oz.) of melted butter
  • 50g (1¾ oz.) of broccoli
  • 50g (1¾ oz.) of white mushrooms
  • 50g (1¾ oz.) of carrots
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
Preparation:

Boil the broccoli and carrots and sauté them in the olive oil that you previously drained from the can of Comur meagre in olive oil. Add the mushrooms, seasoning them with pepper and paprika.
Roll out two squares of dough and brush them with melted butter. Place the vegetables and Comur meagre in olive oil on the dough.
Roll and bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4). 
Serve with a refreshing green salad.
