An appetite for creativity is a human characteristic, very evident in the kitchen from early on. The satisfaction that comes from inventing one's own style involves an intense process of (often lonely) work that carries great emotional and identity significance. The art of cooking requires a kind of personal curation; wisdom, a knowledge of history, time, experiences, concentration and, most importantly: passion! Imagination does the rest.
The pulse of this provocation to which we like to subject ourselves as human beings – challenge and uncertainty, with the conviction that food provides pleasure, exercises the senses, and activates the memories.
